Help with constant lower back pain?

I have had a pain in my lower back for over a month. Doctor gave me Tramadal and some exercises to do but still no relief. It’s mostly on right side of lower back right on the hip area.

Here is a good blog I came across about Back Pain. I has a lot of catagories and covers the spectrum.
