MOBICOSA - Where can I get some and does it work ???

I heard about this "wonder product" for the relief of arthritic pain on one of the tv current affairs programmes a few weeks ago, but down at the local health food store no-one has ever heard of it. Does anyone know where I can buy it and does it work ???
I did a yahoo search, and it came up with a bunch of questionable sites, mostly in Australia and New Zealand. Okay, I guess this explains why it's available from those two countries…
