Relief for neck/shoulder pain due to breathing issues?
18.November, 2008
I have a lung infection at the moment and have fairly painful knots in my neck/shoulders as a result of shallow/labored breathing. This usually happens if I have an asthma flare-up that last any more than a few days, but this time is considerably worse than usual (I can SEE the knots in my shoulders) and I can’t - or would rather not - take any more painkillers than I already am (I happen to have a prolapsed disc right now, too and I’m not big on painkillers in the first place).
Has anyone experienced this and found a good way to deal with it? I know I’m not the only person this happens to.
Take an epson salt bath and use a heating pad/aroma therapy bag (not at the same time as the bath ha)

I think something really good for you would be this: “the neck pain relief package”. For the muscle knots and the disc and neck pain.
